About this apartment rental
Walk just 1.5 blocks to the boardwalk on 28th Street in Virginia Beach. We are on the north end of the beach which is known for being a little quieter and more family oriented. Our condo is on the second floor right next to the open stairwell. There are just 42 units in this complex, so it’s not overly crowded and there are quiet hours between 10pm-8am. The condo complex has a pool (open Memorial Day to the end of September) and is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Be sure to check out one of the stages on the boardwalk (31st and 24th St) for free concerts all summer long. Just across the street, there is a very nice grocery store (Harris Teeter), that has lots of pre-made meal options in addition to all your grocery essentials.
Enjoy this freshly painted condo with a brand new sleeper sofa, a few new rugs and some beach inspired décor. We upgraded much of the kitchenware in addition to all new sheets, towels and blankets. There is complimentary parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking passes provided), an elevator and luggage carts available. The condo’s kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Keep your groceries fresh and accessible in our handy rolling cart, equipped with with airtight storage containers. We keep the Keurig stocked with a few organic coffee options as well as sugar, stevia, honey and creamer. Not a coffee drinker? We have you covered with a well rounded selection tea to choose from.
The condo is fully stocked with linens, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath/hand towels and washcloths. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and Clorox wipes. In the primary bedroom you will find a queen size bed, a sound machine and and air purifier. There is a washer and dryer stocked with Tide Pods (Free & Gentle) and dryer sheets (Free+ Clear). We provide an Iron and Ironing board, just in case you're planning a nice dinner at one of the fine dining options in town. In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds, a sound machine and a pack n' play. We have all new sheets, quilts and blankets for each bed. We also keep 4 backpack beach chairs and a beach wagon at the condo, you don't want to have to pack all that! You'll have access to high speed internet (Wi-Fi) with Roku streaming sticks on both TVs. There is also a selection of books, games and puzzles. If you want to have everything you need at your fingertips so you can prioritize relaxation and quality time on your vacation, this is your spot!

This condo was spotless when we arrived. The host responded immediately when asking if we could enter a little early and was gracious enough to allow it. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with good coffee and nice tea bags as well as anything you would need - a tea kettle, keurig and traditional coffee pot, toaster, microwave, all the dishes and cooking supplies and a dishwasher. The washer and dryer were a good size and worked well and they were kind enough to leave laundry and dishwasher detergent to use. The towels were plush and the beach chairs were the quality type that held ice packs and had shoulder straps for easy carrying to the beach. We have stayed in this building multiple times in different units and it is always clean and quiet and is a quick walk to the beach, right next to a supermarket and walking distance to lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, etc… There were lots of games, books and DVD’s in case of down time and the living area was very comfortable for 4 adults. I highly recommend this condo and the lovely hosts!

The condo match the description perfectly, it was stocked very well with all the necessities, including extra toilet paper, garbage bags, syran wrap, tinfoil, paper towels, spices, all the necessary kitchen needs for cooking. Even had beach supplies along with beach towels. And added perk was the margarita machine which we use and it was fantastic extra and we had margaritas and pool time! The condo was a couple blocks from the beach and a great location close to the boardwalk and local restaurants. We would definitely rent this condo again if we’re back in the Virginia Beach area. We had an amazing stay. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo, and remarkably, so did our three teenage boys!The location is unbeatable. It was fantastic being able to cook dinners in the well-appointed kitchen (to include spices!) and then simply walk out the door for evening desserts and treats. It’s was a short walk to the beach! Our hosts thought of it all and had chairs, a beach wagon, and towels! Thank you for making packing up our car easier! This location is great, it was a very short walk to the beach and Harris Teeter! The pool was great and we enjoyed it before and after the beach! It is a wonderful place, and we would love to come back again. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!

Was a great place. The small walk to the beach was nothing due to the provided wagon and a quick stop to the little awesome coffee shop on the corner with donuts. Gracious and professional host. Myself and the family have already agreed we will use this place again another time.
