Beautiful house in Lely Golf Estate area in Naples, Florida, USA

Mike the neighbor who is the property manager was excellent. He explained everything at check it. The owners were out of town but he solved any and every problem we encountered. We had small issue with cable box not working and he contacted the company and had it working in a couple of hours, we had an electric socket that was not working and he got the electrician to come out the same day and trouble shoot and fix it and the last night the air conditioner died and Mike got the a/c guy there in a couple of hours also. Sadly he didn't have the part and the parts warehouse was closed, but the next morning he was there at 9am to fix it. Mike deserves a raise. He is a great asset for these homeowners. He lives 2 doors down the street and always responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Mike and thank you for having a lovely comfortable home. Initially the homeowner gave me a hard time because I reserved for 4ppl and asked about inviting 2 ppl (My sister and niece) just for the weekend even though we rented for 6 nights. They did not come anyway. And I had a sour taste in my mouth due to the interaction with the owner but dealing with Mike gave me more confidence in the rental and showed me that he was truly a helpful person.

We had a wonderful time at this home. Very well stocked, pool was amazing as we would take our morning coffee to have in heated pool. Owner and property manager were the best.

It's a wonderful place. We especially enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the incredible wildlife. It's in a convenient location, especially if you're a golfer.

My family of 4 (2 boys 10 & 13) stayed for a week after Christmas. Owner (Galina) was great with communication from the time we booked until the end of our stay. Mike (property manager) met us at the house at check in and showed us around and how things worked. I was able to text him when I had a question and he was very responsive. Plenty of space for our family and the neighborhood is quiet. We all enjoyed the pool, which is heated. The outdoor lanai had plenty of space and we spend a lot of time out there. Location was great, with restaurants nearby. It also is a great location for getting to Marco, beaches, and Everglades. We have 2 very active boys and they were never bored because it was easy to plan activities nearby or they were able to just hop in the pool at any time of day. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Felt like being home which was a great way to spend a relaxing week in warm weather.
