About this house rental
Beautiful single-story, luxury home with all the items, furnishings and amenities for an awesome experience. 3,300 square feet of spacious living including 3 bedrooms, den with pullout sofa, 5 bathrooms (3.5.5), living room, dining room, butler’s pantry, incredible kitchen, breakfast nook, large family room and laundry. Open floor plan and luxury upgrades throughout. Outside offers additional living space in a fully covered lanai and sliding glass doors that completely open the back of the home. Large heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, TV and more.
The very large master bedroom suite includes a king bed, dresser, night stands, 55” flat screen TV, two large cushioned chairs for reading or relaxing, two walk-in closets, tub, double sinks, shower and private toilet area.
The two queen guest bedrooms are off a private wing of the home, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The den has a pullout sofa.
For additional comfort and convenience, the home is furnished with five (5) flat-screen TVs, two (2) DVD players, Wi-Fi (400 Mbps), cable TV, washer & dryer, telephone, ceiling fans, board games, balls, floats for the beach or pool, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach towels, bicycles plus many other amenities that will help make your vacation truly enjoyable!
Treviso Bay is a beautifully landscaped, world-class gated community complete with bike and jogging paths, a TCP golf course, sports facility and other first class amenities. The Rilassare sports facility features a well-equipped health/fitness club, spa, tennis, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, bathrooms with lockers, Tiki bar, etc. It also includes a resort style walk-in pool with multiple waterfalls, lap pool, separate children’s pool, hot tub plus a sandy beach area with umbrellas, lounge chairs and hammocks. All social membership benefits transfer to the renter.
This property offers a high-quality, luxury vacation suitable for every member of the family. From your front door you are in walking distance (1 block) to the Rilassare Club. • Shoulder Season (November-December): $11,550/month
Other rental details:
• In Season minimum 90 day rental
• Other months minimum 30 day rental
• Cleaning $400.00 + tax
• Background check $100.00 + tax
• Utility cap of $400/month. Tenant pays additional costs.

The Treviso Bay community was terrific and our stay at Larry and his wife's home was perfect. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay truely wonderful. It was a quick 3 min walk to the fitness center and main pool and a quick drive to the golf course where they offered a free pick up and drop off service! There was easy access to the highway and 10 min to Naples. All in all a great place to vacation and Larry was great in making the experience seemless.

The owners made sure there was everything we needed for us to stay at their home. In walking distance to fitness centre, tennis and the resort style pool. We loved every minute of our stay!!!!!

A modern villa located in the heart of the Treviso Bay development. The house was very clean and well equipped to support guests and the proximity to Naples beaches is very convenient. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly and did not disappoint.
