Very Clean comfortable house can sleep up to eight (8) people. with four (4) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with free washer and dryer. This is 2-story home located in Sandusky's Cove District, with all the comforts of home. Outside patio area with gas grill and relax on a cool summer night with a gas fire pit. Relax on the beautiful front porch. Located 3 Blocks from the Bay and Boat Houses with a fantastic view of Cedar Point. Off street parking with four car driveways. The house was easy to find and very convenient to Cedar Point, which was the reason for the trip. The house smelled of smoke when we entered. I was under the impression this was a non smoking house. The couch had pieces of oreo cookies behind the pillows.The layout of the bedrooms was a little odd as you had to walk through one to get to the other. Overall, it was an older home that smelled like smoke. Not the worst place i have stayed in but definitely not the best.

We stayed at this property because it was very close to Cedar and had enough room for my family and our friend with their niece and nephew. The house was very clean, it had everything we needed and was a 6 minute drive to Cedar. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a great experience and a close drive.

This was one of the best equipped rental properties we have been in, and everything was clean and in good working order. It is in a terrific location, and there is ample parking. Renters need to be aware that both bathrooms (and only one bedroom) are on the first floor, and that you have to walk through one of the three upstairs bedrooms to get to another one.

The house was exactly what was needed for our vacation. Everyone had their own bed. It was a very short drive to Cedar Point and the Merry Go Round Museum. Shopping and dining choices were within minutes. My nephew got a fishing license and walked to a fishing sight. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for my family.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This location is very convenient to Sports Force Parks, Cedar Point and restaurants. The house was very clean and everything was in working order. Both bathrooms are on the first floor but that wasn’t a big problem for us. It is an older home but it had everything we needed and the neighborhood seems nice and safe. Nice front porch to sit and relax. It also has a nice gas fire pit and bicycles for use in the shed. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was also very accommodating when we needed to adjust the dates of our reservation.

The home was lovely. It allowed me to be close to my daughter and 2 blocks from my sister. They both live in Sandusky. There was enough space for everyone without being on top of each other. We each could have privacy and then spend time together. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was still quiet, i lived in the neighborhood for 6 years. I would stay there again.

Well maintained property with attention to comfort, cleanliness, and communication with owner. Great family space in and outside of the home. Especially loved gathering on the front porch for coffee in the mornings and relaxation in the evening. Easy access to any area downtown. Short walk to end of street for view of the bay and Cedar Point. Would definitely stay here again!

Bernice was a very gracious host and responsive to our needs. We were in close proximity to Cedar Point which was why we were coming to Ohio. The second floor of the property was not as cool as the first floor even after adjusting the thermostat. To be fair to Bernice, we didn’t tell her that during our stay as we were gone for the whole day. Other than that, we loved her place.
