Minutes from Cedar Point and Sports Force Park and near Kelleys Island and Put-in-Bay. Has a 6 passenger golf cart for rent and 3 bikes all within 1 mile of downtown Sandusky and all the restaurants. Sleeps 8, If you are a fisherman bring your boat and dock directly behind the house with direct access to Sandusky Bay and Lake Erie! You can fish both Eastern and Western Lake Erie with short trips! September is a great month for walleye with our great hatches over the past 3 years! We have a cleaning station for you to use and we have shore power and electric for your boat! Beautiful and well appointed home. Perfect for our family over the Labor Day long weekend. Deck and dock area were our favorite places to hangout. As the guys love to fish, the dock was safe for our 8 year old grandson. There are many places to hit for other fishing locations too. The add-on golf cart was a huge bonus. Perfect and well kept home. We enjoyed the kayaks too. Hosts were great with communication. We would definitely consider staying here in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect and in a perfect location for relaxation and thrill (went to Cedar Point). My favorite was sitting on the back porch and my family enjoyed being able to fish right out back! We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay at this home! It was incredibly well stocked and convenient for our family of 5 (and would have had room for more!). We enjoyed the outside areas/deck/dock and the kids/teens loved swimming, fishing and paddle boarding. We had quiet mornings with breakfast on the Blackstone and coffee on the deck before heading off to activities near by. One quick issue came up with the WiFi (after a storm came through) and we had no problem getting ahold of our hosts and rapidly resolving it. Communication regarding check in etc was great! We would definitely come back!

We loved everything about this property! This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town for an Ironman Event. Very clean and ready for us to stay. The back deck and sitting area was awesome. The communication from Tim & Beth were fantastic...which started before we even got checked in. Always quick to respond to any questions we had. It really is a beautiful home! If we are ever in need, we'll be looking for this one to stay in again!

We had an absolute blast staying here. Not only did we bring our boat to go out onto Lake Erie, we also got to fish right off the dock! We spent our days either fishing for walleye or enjoying the close proximity of everything. We went to the African safari drive thru, great wolf lodge, and the merry go round museum. The house was everything you could ask for. A wonderful neighborhood, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and much more. It felt as if we were in our own house the whole week. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy ourselves again.

This property is above and beyond what is outlined in the listing. We traveled for a softball tournament and mixed in some family vacation time too. This home is perfectly located close to the sports park and Cedar Point. Checkin process was easy and we were delighted with all the extra touches provided! The beds were so comfortable!! We absolutly loved the back porch! It was the petfect sport to start and end our days. We caught a lot of fish as well right off the back dock. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

Had a great visit. Property was even better than advertised. Fished each night right off the dock. Kayaked in the morning. House was clean and very well appointed. Had everything you could possibly need right there. We'd intended to spend one day at Cedar Point but the 95 degree heat kept us away. Spent one day at Kalahari Water Park and the other time kayaking on the water and doing some local sight seeing. Tim and Beth were easy to communicate with and great peeps! Would stay again.

What a great rental!! Sandusky is a wonderful little town. The neighborhood was small and sweet. The house was clean and completely stocked with whatever you would need and a little more. The pictures are 100% accurate even of the back porch. We lived on the back porch the entire time we were there. This house could not be more quiet, cozy, and like home. Staying on the bay was so much fun. We were there in June so not many bugs but also not many fish, lol. No worries, the men still had fun lounging in their chairs and trying to catch something. The owners Beth and Tim came by a couple of times and they an amazing couple. We really enjoyed talking to them and asking for sight seeing suggestions. Nothing bad about our stay, in fact all I can think about is going back.

They offered to meet us at the house and show us how to get to the property by boat, which was over and above anything we could have hoped for! Plenty of room for our family with comfy beds! We loved this place and really enjoyed our stay. The location was even better than we anticipated, love seeing Cedar Point lit up at night from just outside the front of the house. The house was very clean and though we didn't really use any of the amenities because we were so busy running around while we were there we knew if we had to stay at the house because of weather or something we would not be bored. We enjoyed downtown Sandusky as well as Cedar Point, Put-In-Bay and Marblehead! If we come back up this way we will surely stay here again!

This place has it all! It’s a beautiful ranch nestled up to the corner of a quite water channel. There is so much to do here and the owners supply the best of the best! You can see Cedar Point from the front and back yard. The place is well kept and up to date with anything you would ever need. The kitchen is a chefs dream. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. They even included special welcome gifts and supplied so much info about the surrounding areas. We had an amazing vacation here. The back porch was relaxing, cozy, and fun to fish off of. Hubby was content grilling and the fire place was a huge plus. The boys took a private charter for fishing Walleye out of Marblehead called Eye Got Ya and had a fantastic experience as well! This is in our top 3 places we have stayed at! You won’t regret your stay here! We made amazing memories and will be back soon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful ranch home right off the dock in the cove. We have a boat and we love to fish! The ease of use of this property as well as How well it was decorated the cleanliness the thought that was put into the decoration and décor Was top of the line. Tim your host is always communitive and responsive to any inquiries and they had everything available for our stay. Highly recommend this rental Easy communication through texts, Tim and Beth met us at house to show us where to put our boat in and Tim drive with guys in our fishing boat to show how get to property by water to his dock Beth give us girls little tour of Sandusky on golf cart. They set up fish cleaning table , which was very nice , guys fish everyday and lots of walleye to clean! House so cute, spotless, everything you can imagine you would need was here! The Porch, defintately our Happy Place! Everything you need outside was also provided Perfect place here if bringing a boat. Both of you were so nice, invites to meet for supper, warning us of storms , Thank you for sharing your perfect home ! Only suggestion would be a queen bed instead of the Daybed with trundle for when have 2 adult couples !

Beautiful home with unique personal touches throughout. Close to everything, yet tucked away to make you really feel relaxed. We really appreciated all the thought that went into all the added touches to make us feel welcome! 2 suggestions I would have would be plastic type plates, bowls, cups for younger kids and a garlic press. My only criticism is the owner popping by unannounced several days during the week. One morning I was still in my pajamas on the back porch soaking up the beautiful weather we had during our trip. Another thing to note- Jake from a few houses down does not want anyone fishing or walking near the causeway! He was very vocal about this. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay here again!

This home is so amazing as are the property owners! Ample room for 5 and all amenities were absolutely perfect!! The deck is so spacious and comfortable. There is nothing that this place lacks for a fun stay; grills x3, kayaks x4, paddle board, space to spread out and relax, eat and enjoy the beautiful water. The owners even put together a fun scavenger hunt for our kids to do! Cedar Point is a 10 minute drive and downtown is just a quick golf cart ride away! We've stayed at a lot of rentals and this may just be our favorite!!

This is a perfect location for all of your family activities in the Sandusky area. We arrived early and ran into the homeowners; they were kind enough to go out of their way to give us a tour of Sandusky on their golf cart. The Scavenger hunt they left for our girls was unexpected and thoughtful. We loved the water toys they had set out for us. I would highly recommend this property. The unit is very clean, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the porch out back and enjoying the view of the water.
