The property is well maintained, located in a great spot, with a heated outdoor pool. They also have chase loungers, side tables and umbrellas to use for free at the beach.The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. The beach had loud dredging equipment that was on 24 hours from Monday thru Friday. It was very loud. But it is understandable that a little bit of noise is necessary at this time, as the beaches and properties try to put things back together. I'd stay there again, noise or no noise...at the end of the day, it was a temporary, minor inconvenience, as things get back normal there.

We had a peaceful get away, beautiful condo. Relaxed on the beach in new beach chairs! What a difference to have new ones!Just needed some blankets as it got chilly at night.There is a lot of construction, but it is good to see rebuilding!Also nearest grocery is over the bridge or about 2 mile walk to CVS. We rented E-bikes to get food- just perfect!’Sat morning was a farmers market a 10 min walk! Great food & coffee!All food & shops just a short 10 min walk.Host was always responsive!Great quick getaway!Thank you!
