Would much prefer a key card than physical key for the room but room and place itself very good Pool did not have any water in

Clean, great facilities. Location excellent
A few more kitchen utensils needed. No kitchen plug. Bathroom tap , hot water only trickles.
Cushions required on sofa.
Would be good to have more than 1 towel per person.

Location was amazing. Apartment was beautiful.
Staff could of explained the keys and location better along with what was available in the apartment. I had emailed before had and was given wrong info.

Location and facilities within the apartment. WiFi worked okay and the location was quiet at night.
Shame you collect keys around 4pm, and from a location not where I was staying.
