The house is new, so it's not surprising that it's not well-appointed yet in the kitchen- utensils, etc. (however the dishes are quite nice.) Some rooms have huge closets, others have none, some have dressers others do not. No rugs anywhere in the house. We had to use our personal accounts for all TV including Direct TV for basic shows, seems like that should be included given the price. Keys to 'the apartment' did not work so we just left it unlocked. Great location for exploring the lower/outer Cape!

The house was fantastic. If it wasn’t for two days of the WiFi and therefore streaming not working and the pool not heating, we would have rated it excellent. It has all the amenities and more!

Overall we had a nice stay at this Del Mar rental. There were some discrepancies in the listing regarding access but the team was communicative and sent someone out to help - no issues getting into the house, just some outdated information. We wish the pool could have been warmer, we only got one pool day because the weather was windy and 70. The pool is in shade most of the day as well so that didn’t help. Walkable to downtown Harwich which we adore, so location is great, and it’s obviously a beautiful new build. Plenty of space for the whole family, good entertainment for kids. The WiFi signal isn’t great but hopefully you have beautiful weather and don’t need it! Even still, we kept busy and enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Del Mar team!
