This beautiful home enjoys central air on the first level and there are 2 window unit, one in each of the two bedrooms on the second floor. Relax near the private, tree studded, plush green lawn . The house is located in a great spot. Quiet area, right near the beach with some restaurants nearby. What else do you need!
