The heart of the home is a generous, open living space flowing seamlessly into a modern, fully appointed kitchen — perfect for everything from lazy breakfasts to festive seafood nights in. A queen bedroom with private bath offers a peaceful retreat on the main floor, alongside a convenient half bath and utility room.
Upper Level
Three additional bedrooms give everyone their own space: two queen bedrooms (one en suite) and a room with two twins, with the latter two sharing a well-appointed Jack & Jill bath.
The Master Suite — Your Private Sanctuary
A king bed, walk-in shower, and the crown jewel of the home: a grand freestanding soaking tub that practically begs you to pour a glass of wine, light a candle, and forget about everything else. You've earned it.

Gatherings & Events: Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.
Age Policy: An adult chaperone must accompany any guests under 25 for the duration of the stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the property. Guests found in violation are subject to immediate eviction without refund.
Elevator: The elevator is not available for guest use.
Pets: Up to 2 pets under 40 lbs permitted with pet fee. Guests are responsible for daily waste removal and any damages caused by pets.

We had a great time. The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of space for everybody. Scenic Stays were so wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, loved the decor. Appreciated all the linens. The canal was in the backyard, view of the bay and ocean all from the back decks. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the house! And the proximity to the beach was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Just one observation that could probably use attention was the loose toilet seat in the master bath.
We highly recommend this beautiful home.

I texted the number already to let you know about moisture/mold issues in all upstairs bath ceilings. Check-in was pretty terrible actually. Not only did I message days before knowing no one had occupied the home the night before out arrival, but very kindly requested if there was any way we could check in just a little early if it was ready. 4pm was the response. Your automated portal c/I system is very impersonal. Our grocery delivery arrived at 3:15pm and we still were not able to get in even though no one was at the house. I had to call (again) to see if we could check in and 4pm was the response-finally got a code at 3:48. PM obviously had not updated portal allowing us an early c/I code. House was nice, clean, and layout was what we needed, but overall would not stay here again bc of c/I process and mold. No oven mitts, coffee filters, only 2 dish towels.
