The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom offers a serene space with a queen bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom, located on the upper level, features an ensuite layout with a king bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathrooms are well-stocked with towels and toiletries, ensuring a refreshing experience.

With its great location, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city and all it has to offer.
It is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Matosinhos Sul station and 1.3 km from Câmara Matosinhos station in Porto, Portugal. This central location provides easy access to public transportation for exploring the city.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, renters are requested to complete a renters registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Stayed at this property from June 22 to June 27 and the only regret I have is not spending more time here. Location was fantastic! The view and sound of the ocean was just amazing while having breakfast on the balcony. The apartment itself was probably one of the best rentals I have stayed at. The owners have thought of everything to make things super easy and convenient and it was super clean. The attention to detail and the features they had in this apartment was something that I truly appreciated. Communication from the property management was fantastic and they always replied in a timely manner. Can't say enough good things about this apartment and the property management company that they used. They truly thought of everything. I definitely will be staying here again.

It is a beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. The neighborhood has a few restaurants, shops, and grocery store right across the street. You can get an Uber into Porto for cheap which makes the condo easily accessible to Porto, peaceful at night with a great ocean view & beach!

Everything was very nice, exactly as pictured. The unit was clean and the view was stunning. Communication with our host was quick and easily understood. The elevators are different from US standards, and require you to open the first door when the car arrives closing it behind you, The cars are small and dark with a two door access, they make unique noises :0), While the unit itself is bright and clean the hallways are madmen era, with dark wood panels and minimal lighting, making them claustrophobic. *Note - Parking is convenient, directly under the building. You need to be aware that it is very compact! By compact I mean it is designed for a motorcycle or tiny subcompact. Our minivan seemed like a semi truck when fitting it into the assigned parking space. It did fit though so all is well. Would happily book this unit again.
