Stay here. Any items that were poorly reviewed have been addressed. Great patio furniture on the deck to watch the river flow and epic sunsets. Spacious living room(s) to spread out. Games! The bathrooms were very clean with nice towels. Bring your own shower toiletries and hair dryer. There is a great fenced yard for dogs. You can’t beat this location. My only regret is that there were just two of us and this place was meant for entertaining a family.

Our whole family enjoyed this big home on the river. It has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. We used all the space to spread out and relax. This spot was perfect for our fishing family. One side note is that it only has beds for 6 people not 8 listed in vrbo. So the kids had to sleep on the couches. Not much communication or instructions from the owner at check in which left us worried on arrival. Camp host found us the key and let us in. Beautiful view of the Klamath River. The dock was sufficient for our boating needs. We had 10 fun adventurous days in our favorite spot without camping this time. A good stay and we would come back for sure.

I would describe the place as a gem in the making. It appears work is still being done on the place. Overall the place was very clean, although I did have to clean the outdoor charbroiler/barbecue. There was left over food on the grill. Also there was only one semi-working smoke alarm in the kitchen. The reason why I say "semi" it started chirping after the power went out. Yes the power went out, as well as there was no running water. I assume the water is on a pump system so when the power went out the pump failed. The power went out the night before we were to leave and was still out when we left the next morning. We left early since there was no power. Overall it is a really nice location and the neighboring people are very friendly. Like I said this place is a gem in the making and in time some of the issues I mentioned will be worked out.

The cabin is adorable and the location was very convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and clean. However, the tubs had not been cleaned and little cleaning products were available for us. The downstairs tub had a hairball on the drain, as well. We ended up having to clean them ourselves as best we could. The tubs also drain very slowly. The toilet seat upstairs is permanently stained and scratched which would be easy to replace. The downstairs bedroom light barely emitted any light and the kitchens were poorly stocked including no corkscrew which is necessary after cleaning the tubs. In addition, the blinds were broken in two of the bedrooms so I was glad I brought an eye mask. There are some good points though including the wall heaters which work very quickly and the piano which gave us some fun times and laughs. The couches were big and comfy and the TVs are big. The river-facing deck is a delight and we would have loved an outdoor dining set. I would gladly stay again if the tubs were cleaned and the toilet seat and blinds were replaced. It’s a really cute place and could be great with some small changes.
