This house is spectacular (no exaggeration). Great for large groups. Just steps to the beach at 107 Mooring Buoy. The walkway is right in front of the house: 4th row, 2 minute walk over a private path and you are at the beach!

> Under the house is a semi-finished, usable area with games (ping pong, foosball, electronic dart board, corn hole, Bimini ring game). If that's not enough, discount golf and 2 hours of free tennis/pickleball court time each day!

This is located in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort which has well known golf (3 of them and 20 more on the island) and tennis/pickleball facilities (all within 1-2 miles). *IMPORTANT booking requirements*:

No weddings or wedding groups are allowed (even if the wedding is held at a different location).

There is a community zero noise policy after 10pm.

To book, 45% down (plus taxes and booking fee). Final payment 90 days from arrival. Gated resort allows up to 6 vehicles (resort vehicle fee of $35 each included in price). There is additional parking 12 minutes away at the HHI airport for $10/day.

*Sunday to Sunday rental (7-night minimum) during the summer (great as you miss the heavy Saturday turnover traffic). Other check-in days okay by approval outside of the summer.

*To see accurate rates, search Sunday to Sunday, Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday (or Friday to Monday Mem/Labor Day weekends-Xmas/New Years varies). Those are the only days you can book to get the correct rate. I can custom adjust your dates, non summer, from there but those days of the week are the only ones that show the correct pricing. Prices accurate to Dec. 31st 2027 (ask about pricing beyond that).

*Ask for special rates for Church groups November through March.

*We highly encourage you to buy trip insurance in case your plans change. Large groups plan far in advance to get on everyone’s schedule. Things can change or hurricane’s can come. We have little ability to re-rent for you to get your money back for any last minute changes so best to purchase trip insurance. It costs 7% for standard insurance or 10.8% for Cancel For Any Reason insurance (covers you for everything as you do not need a reason). After you book I can send a link to these options.

Note: Vrbo shows Coligny Beach as a 3 minute walk. That is incorrect. It is a 13 minute drive.
