About this house rental
Conveniently located in Sunrise Beach off Lake Road 5-41 (less than .5 miles from the intersection of Hwy 5 & F) at the 10MM. On same lake road and in same cove as Franky & Louie's Beachfront Bar & Grill, which is a fun place to hang out with or without the family. Franky & Louie's has a sand beach, live music, volleyball, arcade and good food. Boat, wave runner and paddle board rental available here too.
This house has 2 levels. The upstairs has 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 with sliding glass doors opening to the lakefront deck, and a full bath. Downstairs is the living area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, laundry room, and sliding doors to the patio. On the patio there is a gas grill, patio furniture, and a glider.
There is a boat ramp on same lake road and the dock has two slips. The dock also has swim platform and storage closet. BIG NO WAKE COVE with deep water.

Great location!!! Being a no wake area the kids were able to swim and paddle board to their heart’s content. We kayaked down to Frank’s & Louie’s a couple of different times for lunch and drinks. And honestly, I don’t think the pictures do this house justice. It is SUPER cute!!

This house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family vacation. It was well furnished, clean, and cozy. The host was amazing to work with and very accommodating.
