It offers guests a shared communal pool, a poolside bar and free parking at the rear.
The apartment has the advantage of a good location with many beaches bars and restaurants, phamacy, bakery and huge supermarket nearby.
The complex is located in a quiet area with several nearby beaches and is 800 m, 10 minutes walk from Oura Beach, 600 meters, 10 minutes walk from Forte de S. Beach João and 900 meters from Aveiros beach. Guests can find Continente and Pingo Doce supermarket 250 meters away, or a 6-minute drive away.

Easy to find and access the apartment which was very clean and tidy. Outdoor area was perfect and the pool was easily accessible and very quiet during our stay. Area was quiet but close to reach the restaurants and bars in both the new and old towns. Beaches close by

Outdoor pool, very clean. Great little kitchen and very pleasant tidy yard and chairs in front. Excellent bed, everything clean and well kept. A very comfortable home like place to relax in and enjoy the area. Away from a busy street so family friendly as well

The apartment has everything you need, all cooking utensils and cleaning utilities are included and function great. The place is clean and tidy as well as the pool outside. It’s a nice, chill environment, sun beds by the pool are always available and there’s not too much noise at night (11pm quiet policy) Location was perfect, 10min walk to Oura beach, 5min walk to the new strip, 25min walk to the old town, and 10/15mins walk from supermarkets. Lourdes was a fantastic host, she provided all the information we needed and met all our needs, thank you for the great stay!!! 3

Apartment was a lot smaller than expected. There were only towels left for 1 person even though the booking was for 2, didn’t get more until our 3rd day even though we reported it on our arrival.
There are no wardrobes in the apartment and no ironing board or shampoo as stated on the website.
Bedroom has a dressing table but you can’t get to it as the gap between that and the bed is too small. No window in it so very dark and no aircon in it either.
Outdoor furniture - glass table falling apart and legs rusting and one of the chairs was broken. Door lock needs replacing as we almost got locked in.
Very tired areas in kitchen and bathroom.
Aircon unit covered in black dirt when open.
Flies in the bathroom and rest of the apartment. Had to keep spraying them. Maria did send someone round but they only sprayed outside. Gave up!
The pool area is a bonus with sun beds and parasols, pool bar was shut.
Location is good. Only a short walk to the strip and Uber is quick and cheap if you need to go to the Old Town.
Location on website is way out and needs updating. Maria gave the correct details.
