Escape to beautiful Mi-Wuk Village and enjoy a relaxing stay at our newly remodeled, family-friendly 2-bedroom cabin. Whether you're looking to spend sunny days hiking, swimming at nearby lakes, exploring charming mountain towns, or simply unwinding on the deck with a cup of coffee, Cozy Bear Cabin is the perfect place to make lasting memories.
Our cabin comfortably sleeps families and small groups with a queen bedroom downstairs, a spacious upstairs loft featuring bunk beds and a twin ottoman pull-out, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, we've recently added **new window A/C units** that keep the cabin cool and comfortable during the warmer summer months.
After a day of adventure, relax with a family movie night, play board games, or soak in the deep bathtub before settling in for a peaceful night's sleep surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada.

* Cabin is located on a hillside with approximately 32 steps to the front door
* Please remove shoes upon entering and use the shoe trays provided
* Two snow sleds available for guest use during winter
* Deck, stairs, and driveway may be slippery during wet or icy weather
* As a true mountain cabin, wildlife such as deer, wild turkeys, bears, and other native animals are common. Please remain aware, especially after dark.
Winter Travel
If you're visiting during the winter season, please plan accordingly:
* We have the driveway plowed before your arrival whenever possible.
* Our driveway is steep. **4WD or AWD is strongly recommended**, and carrying tire chains is advised during snowy or icy conditions.
* During active snowfall, guests may need to shovel the walkway or stairs. A shovel is located beneath the deck at the first landing.
* Please be aware that mountain storms can occasionally cause power outages. The cabin does not currently have a generator, and all heating sources are electric.

We loved it. My daughter loved the loft and we all loved the cabin. Very close to skiing and easy to find. Clean, comfortable and enjoyed the cookies. We will be back. Brian

This place was great for my family of 6. We were accommodated quite well and were provided with everything we needed from toiletries , towels, wood pellets for the heater , and they also provided all utensils needed to cook and eat like pots,pans, keurig, toaster and all. Hosts are easy to talk too and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place 10/10.
