The residence is very pleasant, calm, is well maintained, as well as the swimming pool, cleaned every morning. For security, an intercom at the entrance. The sandy beach is a few meters from the building's swimming pool. The apartment with 2 bathrooms:

The appartment has the perfect location, just 3 min walking from the sandy beach, and the perfect view from the terrace! It was clean, with a perfect orientation (to East) and you will have sun just in the morning, up to the mid-day. The appartment is located 10 min walking from restaurants area, 20 min by car from Gandia Commercial Center (Carrefour). The terrace is perfect with its barbecue! you can buy fresh fish from nearby fish store or from Carrefour and you can cook on the barbecue. The handover of the key was done very easy. I gave just 4 stars as the appartment did have not a dishwasher. Otherwise it worths the money!
