Especially in the winter months the sun terrace does its job. GREAT APARTMENT!

The apartment is wonderful, we felt at home. Excellent facilities, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We were given two sets of keys and a private parking space. At first I was afraid it would be cold, but we had two portable heaters at our disposal, which were fine. It was very clean. A wonderful balcony with a good view of the sea and an additional exit to the sun terrace. We were there in February and you could spend the whole day in the sun on the roof at a comfortable temperature.

We were there in winter and unfortunately there were no flowers on the roof, but that's an understandable detail. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken and the shower didn't drain very well. Regardless, I give it a 10! Thank you and I highly recommend :)

absolutely perfect, the apartment is really great, location, light, tranquility, the swimming pool is very well exposed to the sun, calm and close to the beach, the terrace is incredible, and Aleksandra who takes care of us is really rare professional , very good communication thanks again to her

everything was perfect, but a parasol on the terrace would be a plus

Ubicacion excelente, atencion muy buena.

Las sabanas no son confortables, solo hay fundas de colcha, muy asperas. Entiendo que deberian haber sabanas de algodon o de tejido textil mas acorde con la temporada. El colchon de una de las camas individuales esta con bultos y se duerme mal.

Buenas estancia

La situación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. El apartamento está bien, dos habitaciones y baño y salón-comedor-cocina todo en uno. La terraza y solarium de la azotea es fantástica, se puede acceder desde unas escaleras de caracol en la terraza, y es para uso exclusivo del apartamento. Había suficientes utensilios de cocina. Y la estancia fue muy cómoda. A unos 6 minutos en coche hay un Mercadona.

Las ventanas y puerta de la terraza, que son correderas, no cerraba correctamente ninguna, por lo que la seguridad es nula. Para pasear por el paseo marítimo de Gandía hay que coger el coche, ya que está retirado y el puerto marítimo por medio.
