The villa is 290 m² and tastefully decorated in a light and modern style. The large mahogany wooden terrace invites outdoor relaxation with views of the water and harbor. The house was renovated in 2019 and is equipped with modern amenities such as underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and an electric car charging point.
With four bedrooms and eight sleeping spaces, the house is ideal for both families and groups. There are two bathrooms with showers and a sauna for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances.
The large garden of 1800 m² provides plenty of space for outdoor activities. There is also a 36 m² beach pavilion with large windows, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The pavilion is located right on the water's edge and is perfect for cozy summer evenings.
The Lohals area offers a wide range of holiday activities. The nearby marina and harbor are ideal destinations for evening strolls, where you can experience the summer life and music at the local cafés and restaurants. For families with children, there is a wading pool and other activities close by.
