About this house rental
Holiday home in a sought-after and quiet holiday home area a stone's throw from a child-friendly beach, shopping, restaurants and ice house by Stillinge Strand. Combined kitchen and cozy living room with pellet stove (bring your own pills) and access to the large and partially covered terrace, where both the sun and the warm evenings can be enjoyed. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an annex with two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a fridge / freezer. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
