We recently stayed at this property and had mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the host was communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The house was well stocked with bedding, towels, and some thoughtful extras like a pack n play and bassinet. The cable and internet worked flawlessly, and the grill was clean and ready to use with plenty of propane.
However, the property didn’t fully meet our expectations, especially given the price point. While the photos online were enticing, the reality didn’t match the current condition of the home. Several areas felt run down, with sticking doors, warped flooring, and a shower door that looked unstable. The kitchen cabinets were loose, and one was hanging. The front door didn’t close properly and lacked a security lock, which was concerning. The yard, particularly around the pool, was overgrown and not well-maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, and the beds and cooking pans were in need of an upgrade.
Overall, while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, we feel that the property would benefit from some updates to match the listing photos and justify the price.
