About this cottage rental
Your Hamptons escape is here! Just burry your toes in the sand and relax on the sandy beach right in the backyard. Go for a swim, kayak or just relax on a float in the bay. The beach in the backyard is perfect for kids. After a long relaxing day at the beach you can fire up the BBQ right on the back deck while watching the boats pass by. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the back deck, the kitchen and the living room couch.
If you don’t feel like cooking, there are many amazing waterfront restaurants nearby. You can take a quick walk to the restaurant or shuttle boat ride to restaurant and dining. No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance.
The ocean beaches are just 8 minutes away, at the ocean their are lifeguards, a newly renovated pavilion with restrooms, concession stand for food, and outdoor showers.
Also, not far from the house is the center of town for all your shopping needs: grocery store, farmers market, bagel/deli for breakfast/lunch, Starbucks, 7-11, rite-aide, pizzaria, nail salon, hair salon and more.
Don’t forget to visit the beautiful village of Southampton- take a stroll down Main Street for some shopping and grab a bite to eat at one of many restaurants that offer outdoor sidewalk seating. You can also rent a bike and take a bike ride around town or to the beaches for the day.

House was spotless and everything we could need was provided. Brian was a great host and gave clear instructions. He was available by phone if we had any issues( which we did not). The beach was just out the door and we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. This is our second time staying here and plan to return!

This was our first time visiting the Hamptons and I cannot recommend this property highly enough! The house was extremely clean and comfortable and had every amenity we needed. The location was phenomenal! We did not have to deal with heavy traffic and had Rumba and Cowfish restaurants on either side of us. Rumba was walking distance and Cowfish was a short boat ride away. We had our own private beach. Also, the hosts were especially accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely book this property again!

The home was absolutely beautiful, super clean, great location, picturesque views. Brian was the best! We will definitely return and we highly recommend.
