With a spacious open floor plan, upscale finishes, and direct beach access, this beautiful beachfront vacation rental is the perfect place for your next Florida beach getaway.
The modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, creating a bright and inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable coastal-inspired bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 double beds, and the guest bathroom offers a tub and shower combination. TVs in the bedrooms add extra comfort and convenience for your stay.
Step outside onto the large private Gulf-front balcony and take in spectacular sunsets, warm sea breezes, and the sparkling waters of the Gulf. Spend your days digging your toes into the sand, lounging by the heated pool, or enjoying a meal outdoors at the BBQ area.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration. Only units actively being worked on may have temporary balcony restrictions, and most balconies remain fully usable. Possible construction impacts include weekday noise and parking adjustments Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool remains open except when work is being performed directly above the pool deck.

We loved our stay here. It was located right on the beach with panoramic views of the ocean. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed. A washer and dryer is located near the elevator which was a nice surprise. I would recommend staying here.
