Great space for a large family. Rainbow River was so refreshing and the deck was a hit during the day and at night. Nicely decorated with comfortable Beds, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen with a great table. Clean and comfortable lounging areas too! Two bedrooms/ living room on first level were great for our older kids because the apartment has its own entrance and gave them some privacy. The house was a bit quirky and needs some repairs… but it has a lot of charm. Would stay there again!

Great house!

I love Rainbow River. House is in location as described. Main issues are lack of upkeep inside and outside. Outside is a bit of a mess w/ weeds and general lack of upkeep. Inside is spacious but many baseboards, etc. missing or never attached. Again, an okay river house but just a little grimy overall.

10. Adults came to enjoy the water.-that we did! However, the house pictures do not represent well.Much improvement needs to be made. Many things are left undone and under construction or needing repair. Crumbs and mold within and trash /junk on outside . This space has potential. However, we were highly disappointed and had we not looked forward to our stay. We would have backed out upon arrival. On a good note-the AC worked great, and most of the beds were comfortable.
