About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy beach guest house, just a short walk from the beautiful green-blue Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. Plus, there’s a separate little guest house too! You can enjoy shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets nearby and try yummy food at some great local restaurants.
Our beach guest house has a comfy living room where you can chill, a small kitchen area for snacks and drinks, and a peaceful bedroom with a TV all to yourself. The guest house have its own private yard, so you’ll have plenty of space to play or relax outside in your own little bubble, making special memories that will last forever.
For fun, we’ve got an Xbox One with games, an arcade machine, and board games. The kitchenette area has plates, cups, and silverware, plus a microwave, mini fridge, and a sink for washing up. Just so you know, there’s no washing machine for clothes.
The guest house sleeps 7 people: there’s a queen bed for 2, a bunk bed with a pull-out underneath for 3, and a sofa bed that also sleeps 2. Come stay at our beach house where you can have lots of fun and make awesome memories!
Please note that the pull-out bed from the blue sofa near the entrance is not intended for sleeping and does not count as a sleeping arrangement because its fold mechanism is broken. The beige fold-out sofa is its replacement. The blue sofa is now left there as extra seating only.
UPDATE: the guesthouse has been assigned house number of 158.

This location was in the perfect spot. It is within walking distance to a BEAUTIFUL beach and around some pretty cool shops and restaurants. The house itself was cute. The arcade game was a fun touch. I wish the fridge was bigger for a longer stay. The house was relatively clean but the bathroom could have used a deep clean and the bed tucked under the bunk bed had crumbs all over it. The mattress was pretty filthy on that bed. Other than that, our stay was great and we would definitely book again.
