Nestled in residential South Philly and near all local attractions, our recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment boasts a conventient location to Center City, local sporting stadiums and events. Step into a relaxing space with a deluxe queen bed, a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, and a bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet. Hang out in the backyard under the privacy of the gazebo. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, smart HD TVs, washer and dryer, and central heating & air conditioning. The serene atmosphere of this beautiful apartment will make your stay truly enjoyable. Easily access all that Philadelphia has to offer when you stay at our place. For security purposes, note that there are three external cameras on this property - two out front (doorbell cam and above the front door) and one in the backyard above the rear door.

Cozy and comfortable stay with easy check in and great host. The space is small, but cozy and well organized / laid out. It's perfect for 1-2 people but could accommodate a third, especially for shorter stays. Would be a great weekend getaway or business travel spot. Location was perfect for us and host is a great communicator. A few notes on the space to consider when planning your trip: 1) as noted in the listing, the apartment is not very accessible - 2 small steps to get in and as seen in the photos, hallways and bathroom are very narrow 2) Tall and/or larger travelers may find the bathroom uncomfortable (toilet is very close to the wall and shower is small with an angled ceiling) 3) if you're driving, parking is tricky! Plan ahead and give yourself extra time (especially in midsize or larger cars), but the area is very walkable once you're there and rideshares were reasonable 4) bedroom is on the front side, facing the street. We didn't find it particularly loud, especially at night or on the weekends, but if you're sensitive or a later sleeper, bring earplugs!
