Place was great. Spent a few days there with my wife. She really appreciated how clean it was. I would defiantly recommend and would stay again. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Hot tub was nice. Location was good. Could not ask for much more honestly

Very clean, accommodating host, quick response to any questions, close enough to beaches to walk. Very close to the Avalon Fishing Pier (a few blocks away) , close enough to walk and carry surfboard, which I did, surfed near pier. Awesome, epic:)

This was a nice, cozy property located on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with all the essential items in the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The only recommendations I would offer are to consider adding motion lights on the stairs, as it was quite dark when going up at night, and to have the cleaners check that all lightbulbs are working prior to guest arrival. We also noticed the lighting over the dining area was a bit dim for evening activities. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay — we only wish the weather had been better during our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment has all the necessities of home and is perfectly located to all the sites. Thanks for a great place to stay while I visited my son who is a DSR lifeguard!
