About this apartment rental
This is an ultra-luxury, extra large TOP FLOOR PENTHOUSE with excellent views of the pool and mountains from the windows and the covered deck. Private with NO shared walls so the unit is quiet! Both bedrooms are masters with their own FULL bathrooms and each has a KING-sized bed. Its an end-unit that stands on its own with no shared walls. One of the only locations with A/C which makes it perfect in the summer. Large fireplace for the winter months.
The kitchen and living room are gorgeous and very roomy with a third, guest bathroom. The covered deck is a perfect spot to relax with a hot chocolate or a glass of wine after a long day boarding, skiing or hiking.
The kitchen is great for entertaining with stainless appliances, granite counters and great cabinets. With two king beds and high-end furniture and finishes, this is a great place for two couples, a family with adult kids or a small group of adults. This is a no smoking unit.
Beaver Creek Landing is the nicest, newest property in Beaver Creek. It has its own ski rental shop and lift ticket office. The express-quad chairlift is just outside the door, providing easy access to both Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch, as well as the Ritz Carlton. The gondola accesses the Westin, further down the mountain.
Beaver Creek Landing has a year-around, salt water pool, two jacuzzis, nice workout room, beautiful fire-pit with a view of the lift, and a first class lobby with front desk, fireplace, pool table, and games. The ski locker room is as nice as they come.
NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
Though Beaver Creek Landing is nicely secluded, it provides much easier access to town than other Beaver Creek properties. There is no need to get in a car with the gondola accessing the Westin's bars and restaurants, or its short walk to Starbuck's, the Avon Bakery, or a host of restaurants.

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was convenient to all of our planned activities. Easy in and out and accessible parking.

Great stay, as always. The unit is very very nice. The owners are easy to reach and communicate fast. This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s close to everything but also very private. The accommodations are first class, great beds, modern appliances, large bathrooms and the kitchen is stocked for all your needs if you choose to eat in. You will be happy to stay here.

Just as advertised. Loved the patio. Each bedroom/en-suite bath was beautiful. Great for each couple to have their own space.
