Home with high end finish levels in Beaver Creek. One of the closest ski in/ski out properties in all of beaver creek. Imagine putting on your boots on the back deck, grabbing your equipment from the exterior ski closet then going only 30 yards to get on the chair. Even better at the end of the day. The 2 lifts behind our condo are Riverfront Express 7 (Gondola) and Beaver Creek Mountain Express 15.
It doesn't get any better! Set up for a family or a group of friends. Owned, rented & operated by Doug & Linda Manner - no third party management company - ever!!!
Ski rental & lift ticket sales on premises.
Beaver creek ski resort area is renowned for it's varied terrain perfection in grooming, large snow falls, ski and snowboard schools. The ice skating rink is located in the center of the village. Snowmobiling is available, as well as sleigh rides and sledding. You can even go dog sledding or hot air ballooning! You can also ski with a ranger on a 45 minute ski tour. Twilight snowshoe tours are available from the Nordic sport center. Don't forget rail jam in front of McCoy's. You can travel to east vale to enjoy ice climbing. The Beaver Creek family challenge is lots of fun. Each team races throughout the village and must perform crazy physical and mental challenges. Don't forget the spa! The beaver creek ski & snowboarding school is open daily from 8-4:30. Adult ski school offers group and private lessons. The lift ticket office is open from 8:30-4:30. Cross country skiing is available from Strawberry Park chairlift at Mccoy Park.
Summer in Beaver Creek and the vail valley is an amazing place! You can explore golf, biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, bowling, Beaver Creek Rodeo series, farmers' markets, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, tennis, concerts, rafting & kayaking, hummer & jeep tours, biplane rides, and Colorado ski museum. Children's activities include Beaver Creek Kids Camp, discovery camp, adventure camp, 5-star camp, Beaver Creek Children's Museum, beaver creek children's theatre, ice skating, Beaver Creek stables, bungee trampoline & climbing wall, family movie night, day care, miniature golf and playgrounds. The game garage is located next to the Dusty Boot restaurant - it's a video game arcade and game room for kids ages 10-17.
There are several golf courses scattered throughout the Beaver Creek, Vail and surrounding areas.

Fantastic place and location. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. The place had many more amenities than I expected. I hate to give this review because I don’t want someone to take my week next year. Haha

The place looks even nicer in person. So glad we booked this. We loved every detail. One minor complaint was the thermostat didn’t seem to allow you to cool the place down at night. It was quite warm. Even if you set it down to 65 and opened a window, the heat would come on. It seems the thermostat may not really control the temperature at all if you want it a bit cooler. We all wanted to sleep with the house a little cooler and it just felt like it wasn’t an option. Minor complaint though. We loved the place and would stay there again. Total ski in ski out. The lockers, hot tub, ticketing office right next to the place. Convenient parking. What more can you ask for?
