It’s a good place. We enjoyed our stay. It was basically a landing space and we didn’t spend a lot of time there. It wasn’t the cleanest place we ever stayed, but the price was reasonable. It was close to the island at pigeon forge and the parkway that had a ton of things to do. It’s a little drive to the national park. The kitchen layout was weird and tight and the door to the grill area didn’t work. There was only salt and pepper for cooking. There were decent pots and pans and other cooking items. We appreciated having the choice of a keurig or drip coffee maker. The AC was very cold in the lowest level, but those sleeping on the main level were hot. We found vents in the ceiling to close in the basement level. I’m not sure if it helped much on the main level, but it did help on the basement level. We did keep the ceiling fan on to circulate air. There were plenty of televisions and the arcade game was fun. Beds were decent. The welcome package with paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc. was enough for our stay, and we cooked in the cabin several days. Parking was easy to access. The grill worked well, but we just had to walk around the porch to use it rather than accessing from the kitchen/dining area. Water pressure was great.

This cabin was a great place to stay! It was very clean throughout & quite spacious. The kitchen had many things like a keurig coffee maker (both for pods or to make a full pot of coffee), a crockpot, toaster, electric can opener, pizza oven, etc. The bedrooms were quite roomy. The beds were pretty comfy to sleep in however the king size bed in the basement was kind of noisy just getting in & out of let alone rolling over on in the middle of the night. The cabin was very easy to get to. Location wise it was only a short drive to the main strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine. Toaster had the top part worn off that held the heater strip. Bought a new toaster and donated it to the cabin. It was very inexpensive so it isn’t a problem. Granddaughter couldn’t go but the grandson was able to go and he enjoyed the trip.

Kitchen table was broke and could have fallen on kids at any time, downstairs shower head leaking and spraying, holes in wall down stairs, and two small outside trash cans for a place that 8 people isn’t enough, only provided 1 dish tablet and 1 packet of laundry detergent. Location is great!
