Welcome to Osprey Heights, a four-bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin made for time together. Swim in your own indoor heated pool, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, play arcade games and foosball, or settle into a rocking chair on one of three covered decks. When you’re ready to explore, the cabin is about 7 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, 12 minutes from Dollywood, and 22 minutes from Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
THE SPACE
The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms: three with king beds and one with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
On the main level, you’ll find a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a half bathroom, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and electric fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a toaster, slow cooker, blender, espresso machine, and dual-brew Keurig that works with K-Cups or ground coffee. The dining table seats six.
Upstairs are two more king bedrooms and the queen bunk room, along with two full bathrooms. Each of the three levels opens onto a covered deck, giving everyone room to enjoy the fresh air.
The best part is the property is just a short drive from many attractions.

CABIN DESCRIPTION
The first bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a half bath on this level located off the great room.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the upper level and boast large king beds. The fourth bedroom is also located on this level and has a queen over queen bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms on the upper level located just outside the bedrooms. Both upper-level bathrooms are outfitted with shower/tub combos.
Also, just off the pool area, is a full bathroom with a toilet and a shower/tub combo.
KITCHEN & GREAT ROOM
The full kitchen is well appointed with all the essentials you need. You'll find stainless steel appliances and a coffee corner with an espresso machine and a dual brew Keurig coffee pot. The coffee maker works with K-Cup pods and ground coffee. When it comes time to eat, you can pull up a chair at the kitchen table (seating for six). Your morning coffee will be extra enjoyable from one of the rocking chairs on the large decks.
The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day's adventures. Kick your feet up and bask in front of the electronic fireplace, or stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV.
POOL, HOT TUB & GAMES
The lower level features the indoor heated pool, foosball table, seating, a full bathroom, and access to the lower deck. The pool is approximately 8 by 15 feet and reaches a maximum depth of 4 feet; diving is not permitted. The pool is professionally serviced between stays.
The private outdoor hot tub is on the main-level deck. It is drained, cleaned, and refilled between stays, so it may need a few hours to reach your preferred temperature after check-in.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air right from your own private deck. All three floors open up to covered decks, so the outdoors are easily accessible no matter where you are in the house. You'll find plenty of seating options to enjoy the natural surroundings, and there's also a private hot tub on the main level. A charcoal grill is situated near the front porch.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have private access to the entire home, including the outside space. We provide a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper - you may need to restock these items depending on the length of your stay
You will likely see and hear critters during your stay. Beware of any bears you may encounter - they may look cute, but they are dangerous. Never feed or approach any wildlife.
Free parking is available in the driveway for up to three vehicles. Street parking is not available.
You will receive a door code for easy access to the property prior to your check-in.
Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out are not available at this time.
Before you leave, we ask that the following items be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest: Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the bear-proof receptacle and load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it. Thank You!
The hot tub is ready for you and should be set no lower than 100 or more than 104 degrees at all times. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. It takes a few hours to reheat after cleaning, so you may need to give it a little time after you arrive to heat with the cover on if it is not yet as hot as you like it.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, makeup towels, and washcloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We provide you with shampoo/conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we'll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, an espresso machine and a Keurig dual brew coffee maker.
4. Do you provide any baby items? - No, currently we don't provide any baby items
5. Do you provide a grill? - Yes. There is a charcoal grill outside. Please note you must bring or purchase your own charcoal and we provide the lighter in the kitchen drawer.
6. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.
7. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? - Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
8. Is the pool serviced after every stay? - Yes! The pool is professionally serviced, cleaned, and chemicals balanced between each group of guests.
9. How big is the pool? - The pool is roughly 8' wide by 15' long.
10. How deep is the pool? - Max depth of the pool is 4ft.
11. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
12. Do I need a 4-wheel drive? - The roads are not mountainous. There is a slight steepness when you enter the community. But a regular sedan can easily handle the slight climb.
13. I'm trying to book but it won't let me. What's wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first.
14. How many parking spaces are there? - We have parking in front of the cabin for 3 vehicles.
15. Do you decorate for the holidays? - Yes! We decorate for Christmas each year.

My weekend getaway for my daughter’s 12th birthday just wasn’t long enough. Of course there are some things that can be simply adjusted, but overall this is the perfect location.

During our stay, we contacted the host several times. On the positive side, the broken toaster and can opener were replaced and a maintenance person did come to check the toilets that were running after flushing. The decision was made to postpone replacing the broken internal tank components in all 5 bathrooms since it would take a lot of time and interfere with our stay. Additionally standing water in the sink required more plumbing work and we did not want to deal with having a stranger in the house while we toured the area. The hot tub was set at 78 degrees when we arrived and a pool worker came and corrected the temperature right away.On the negative side, the property has not been well maintained, The dishwasher did not work properly. It would shut off mid cycle and not clean the dishes. There were chipped glasses, cups and pots and pans that were in bad condition. The water in the hot tub is not level because the weight of it on the porch is causing the deck to sink. This appears to be a structural problem. There was a large nail sticking up from the steps on the deck. The doorknob handle fell off one of the bathroom doors and the faucet in the one bathroom is coming off of the shower wall. I asked the host for some compensation for these problems but his response was basically sorry but no one else complained about these things in the past. In other words, we must have done something wrong. See photos.
