Take the opportunity to visit ancient monuments from Roman times in one of the nearby tourist centers. In nearby Valtura, you can see the remains of the oldest settlement on the peninsula, the former Illyrian capital of Nesactium. Today it is a kind of archaeological park with preserved architectural remains from antiquity and late antiquity.
