Enjoy this recently updated house with renovated bathrooms, fresh paint, restored terrazzo flooring and other updates throughout the house! Relax with morning coffee by the heated private pool. Enjoy swimming and outdoor dinners in the private lanai after a day at Siesta Key Beach making for a relaxing Florida Evenings.
Beach Amenities: Beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler & sand toys for the entire family to enjoy the local beaches.
Split floor plan - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms perfect for family with fenced in yard and private heated pool.
Living and Dining Areas:
The areas have been made comfortable and functional for families and couples that includes a Roku Smart TV in the Living Room. There is a highchair for the traveling family with small ones, board games and other activities for all ages. In addition, there is a washer and dryer for any laundry needs.
Bedrooms:
Master has King Bed, flat screen Roku Smart TV, large closet and attached bathroom. The guest bedrooms have a queen and two twin size beds, large closets and Roku Smart TVs. The second bathroom in between the two guest bedrooms.
Outdoor Living Area:
The outdoor area adds more living area to this property. There is a dining area and lounge seating in the covered and pool screened in lanai to enjoy the outdoors without the insects. In addition, for families the barrier fence from the covered lanai area to the pool area with drilled in holes provides a safety measure for family to enjoy the area while not utilizing the pool.
Please note during cold months (typically November-March) the pool heater can be set at 85 degrees at no additional cost.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property! They have everything you need for a day at the beach, including umbrellas, beach toys, towels and a cooler. The kids loved swimming in the pool while we used the grill for supper. Kitchen was well stocked and it was nice not having to eat out all the time. The host was very responsive to messages. Can't say enough great things about this place!

My husband & I were so pleased with this home. The neighborhood is convenient to everything. It’s very roomy with 3 good size bedrooms & 2 baths. The home was very well stocked. The kitchen is stocked like my own kitchen. Just about everything you would ever need. The bedrooms have extra blankets, plenty of hangers in the closet, the baths had plenty of towels and even extra toilet paper. The lanai & pool area, Absolutely beautiful. It’s so peaceful. Valorie also provides extra pool towels. Our stay here was wonderful!

We have stayed here before for 2 weeks and had such a good time that we had to rent this same house again. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Great location and we love having the heated pool. Can swim anytime which we love. We will def be back. The host is wonderful too and great at responding with any questions you may have.

Nice house, has everything you need to relax. Very well equipped large heated pool. My family and I are very happy with our stay in this house.
