Pros: Property is in a perfect location, central to everything. The pool was clean and goes pretty deep. The lanai was clean and cozy. Lots of towels for all of your water activities. Kitchen had everything that you needed.
Cons: Tenant or owner stays on property in mother in law suite, which is the 4th bedroom/third bath in the house that is blocked off. The third bedroom bed is a pull out couch that is so uncomfortable that my father was unable to sleep on it. The TV in the third bedroom didn't work. There is a lock on the AC that will not allow for it to go colder than 72 degrees. Live cockroach found in bathroom, but it is Florida. Second bathroom toilet backed up and needed to be plunged without a large deposit. The door jam seal out to the lanai needs replaced, that could be letting the critters in.
