This home was close to everything, grocery shopping, gas stations, the beaches, Myakka river state park, mote aquarium. The kitchen is great for cooking, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space.
No complaints

Location on a quiet street, yet close to everything. Plenty of room for guests. Kitchen appeared to be newly remodeled. Staff was quick to answer questions & remedy any problems. Home was clean & stocked with the essentials as listed in advertising. No bugs were found in home!
Some of the furniture was beginning to show its age & will no doubt need replaced soon. But it was comfortable & fine for a rental.
Use & care booklet for microwave would have been helpful, it seemed to have several functions, & how to switch between functions would have been helpful. It worked fine as a microwave.

Great location! Also it was clean and spacious.
The kitchen sink faucet was broken. Also the WIFI went out twice. It was restored very quickly once I sent out a text message.
