This is a nice house of a size and layout perfect for our family group.

The house is clean and spacious. To access all bedrooms, guests must be comfortable on steep stairs. Internet did not work the entire 4 days we were there, which means no TVs worked (hard w grandparents and kids). Host took multiple nudges to answer texts (eg, we needed the code to enter the house and hadn’t received it an hour before our booking!). I have booked with Evolve in other cities and all was smooth, but I wouldn’t use them in Sarasota.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious, patio is lovely with both shade and sunny areas.
Good location close to downtown Sarasota, multiple beaches and airport.
