Ace By The Beach is a fabulous 4-bedroom home located on the northern-most end of the Hammocks neighborhood in the sought-after Currituck Club. Situated along the 4th Fairway, Ace By The Beach offers sweeping views of the Reece Jones designed golf course, as well as dazzling sunsets. Guests will have exclusive access to the Hammocks community pool, just a two-minute walk away. Ace By The Beach is pet-friendly, so even your fur babies can join you on the trip of a lifetime.
Back at the house, make the most of outdoor living and the natural surroundings with two levels of wrap-around decks plus a screened porch. Inside, the reverse floorplan maximizes the panoramic views with a top-level great room that features an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings and a wall of west-facing windows. When you're not dining out, embrace your inner chef in the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Two dining areas plus bar seating provide plenty of seating for enjoying meals with family and friends.

I first went to the OBX 35 years ago and like me, the OBX and this house is showing its age nowhere more than the bathrooms. The big soaking tub with jets circa 1985 and a shower the size of a cruiseship shower. This place needs a renovation. The beaches are great...it's the reason you go to the OBX.Take everything you need for cooking and cleaning because this house has absolutely nothing usable.The grill was unusable but to the credit of the property manager they sent someone to clean it that same day.Bottom line even a subpar house cant ruin a week at the OBX.
