The cosy rooms and wooden details will quickly make you feel at home in this Austrian house. On the spacious balcony, the holiday feeling overflows. While at the back you enjoy the south-facing sun. The children play undisturbed in the garden and in the distance you can hear the cowbells ringing. A pure Austrian feeling!

A beautiful baroque church and narrow cobblestone streets characterise the charming core of the village.
The location of the house is ideal in the winter, the ski lift with practice area is only 5 minutes away on foot! There is also a ski depot here, so you don't need a car or ski bus.
The Wilder Kaiser Brixental region is also definitely worth a visit in summer. The imposing Hohe Salve mountain towers above the rural side valleys. Quiet hiking trails and bike tours lead you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape. We recommend you take a break and enjoy the delicious regional dishes served in the many hospitable mountain huts
