Nestled on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon arrival, a separate entrance leads you to a spacious living room decorated in an authentic chalet style, showcasing period farming tools. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto this space, perfect for sharing quality time together. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200) and built-in wardrobes, ensure optimal rest. The bathroom with shower and separate toilet add to the comfort of this place. Please note that heating is an additional charge. Outside, a shared garden accessible from the courtyard offers a grassy area where you can gather around the barbecue. An Ideal Location for Discovery Lovers: this cottage is perfectly located for exploring the local wonders. Discover the medieval city of Pérouges, the fascinating Bird Park of Villars-les-Dombes, and the charming village of Meximieux with its historic church and wooden stalls. Venture into the mysterious Caves of La Balme, or enjoy outdoor activities with several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing nearby.
