Located in the heart of a family farm for three generations, this wooden-decorated cottage can accommodate up to four people and offers an authentic experience close to the farm animals. An ideal starting point for your excursions: Gîte Colza enjoys a beautiful location for exploring the region's treasures. Discover the medieval city of Pérouges, a historical gem, or marvel at the birdlife of the Villars-les-Dombes Bird Park. In Meximieux, visit the church and its unique wooden stalls, and don't miss the fascinating Caves of La Balme. The vibrant city of Lyon is only about thirty kilometers away. For outdoor enthusiasts, several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing are nearby. In addition, the Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Park is just 10 minutes away, ideal for business trips. Horse riders are also welcome, with suitable accommodation options available. Let's explore the interior of this gîte: a step leads you to the main entrance, which opens onto a small hallway. This leads to a functional kitchen with a welcoming seating area, a comfortable bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), and a bathroom with an en-suite toilet. A wooden staircase leads you upstairs, where you'll discover a large bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a bathroom with a private toilet. Please note that heating is an additional cost. Outside, a shared courtyard in front of the gîte invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality outdoors. You can enjoy a small terrace reserved for the gîte, as well as access to the garden shared by all the gîtes. Also three other gîtes on site: Le Soja for 4 people, Le Blé for 7 people and Le Maïs for 4 people.
