The detached holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Location
Badacsony. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to mid-September, 2.5 m x 4 m, 1.2 m deep).

Negativ: Die Poolanlage (Umwälzpumpe) fiel bei Regen immer aus. (Sicherung/ FI- Schutzschalter) Ein Mieter ohne technisches Verständnis, hätte Stunden lang ohne Strom für das gesamte Haus aus kommen müssen. Wir trennten die Stromversorgung Pool, und hatten wieder Strom für das Ferienhaus. Die erste Reparatur durch den Besitzer war provisorisch. Beim nächsten Regen ging wieder nichts !

Landestypisch ausgestattet und sauber. Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Bahnlinie etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür gute Anbindung nach Badacsony.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde und wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Preis-Leistung war absolut ok . Für manche ist vielleicht die nahe Bahnlinie störend aber wir wohnen zuhause auch neben der Bahnlinie. es war ein schöner Urlaub gerne wieder.
