The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The domicile is popular due to the view of the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Outdoor table tennis.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. holiday room with air conditioning The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen 40 sqm and with fireplace, lounge and TV. You have access to the 60 sqm terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Separate toilet with WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ábrahámhegy. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Das Haus ist top! Es ist sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt. Für unseren Hund ein kleines Paradies und vollständig eingezäunt. Der Pool ist optimal und wurde zwischendurch auch gereinigt. Die riesige Terrasse ist der Hammer! Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Weinreben hinweg auf den Balaton. Ein Träumchen!

Das Haus hat eine super Aussicht,
allerdings waren etliche Steckdosen rausgerissen oder defekt, es regnete im Obergeschoß durch die Decke, in der Mauer im Obergeschoß hörten wir Tiere krabbeln und zwar ziemlich laut, schon etwas gruselig nachts, für Kleinkinder nicht zu empfehlen, aber die Aussicht und der Pool waren top, auch der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Beautiful location, best view from the terrace we have ever seen. Very friendly and helpful local team. All good, the house is a little old and tired, but that should not affect your holiday! Our first trip to Hungary but not our last...
