About this apartment rental
Accommodation ideally located in the heart of the resort of Praz sur Arly, and the ski area of the Espace Diamant, including 6 village resorts and 192 kms of slopes.
Apartment type F1 of 20 m2 with sleeping area 140x190 on the mezzanine, mountain area in the entrance, sofa 1 bed, all located on the second and last floor of a residence.
It includes:
- an entrance with 2 single bunk beds 80cm by 190cm.
- a separate living room with sofa for 1 person, equipped with a TV and wifi
- a mezzanine with a bed for 2 people 140x190. Maximum height at the highest of the mezzanine 1.35m. Japanese step staircase, width of 0.60cm. (see on the photos)
- a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, hob, microwave, mini oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, party pancakes, raclette set),
- a separate toilet,
- a bathroom with sink, bathtub and shower,
- a south-facing balcony with table + chairs offering a superb view of the peaks.
Ski cupboard in the basement.
Recommended vehicle for your travels:
- Village center: 1.5kms by road
- Lifts/resort: 1km by road or slopes accessible directly on skis through fields.
Possibility of purchasing a carte blanche (on the internet). This card entitles you to discounts on ski passes, without going through the ski lift ticket offices and also offers the possibility of skiing à la carte.
Swimming lake, free of charge, supervised by lifeguards, in summer, tree climbing, snack bar, water activities, inflatable games, paddles. (paying).
You will find various shops in the centre of the village including sports shops, food shops, a pharmacy, a large Intermarché at the entrance to the village, a seasonal nursery, a doctor's office...

Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this. When making the bed upstairs I found biscuit wrappers and crumbs, dust and hair. More attention to detail is required. We contacted the host who was very apologetic. Note that the ceiling upstairs is very low and not possible to stand up, we were aware of this so not complaining but just incase anyone needed clarification. The shower is also very low so it is not possible to have a standing shower.You need to take your own bedding but there are lots of woolly blankets in the storage space which we found took up lots of space for storage. The apartment is functional.The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants. We found a great pizza shop ( Mountain Pizza), LANKA food - Sri Lanka curry which was delicious but there was not much choice for restaurants and they needed pre booking. The Ski area is well worth a visit and is much bigger than expected and had great snow during our stay.
