ABOUT THE HOME:
"A HOME AWAY FROM HOME" in this beautiful, tranquil, cozy and large Mediterranean style home in the heart of Bonita Springs and minutes away from gorgeous beaches, world class restaurants, shopping and entertainments. This 2097 sq. ft. Spanish style ranch home in a one story, open floor concept, 10-foot cathedral ceiling throughout, three bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - King, bedroom 2 - Queen, and bedroom 3 - 2 twins), 2 full bathrooms, den, office space, great room opening up to an enclosed lanai, and a huge separate dining room. Beautifully fully furnished and comfortably decorated that you would feel like your home.
Light and bright open floor plan with sunlight through large sliding glass doors that fully open up to the outdoor lanai area. There are plenty of seats in front of a 65" TV in the spacious family room, which is perfect for family gathering, enjoying movie nights and playing board games! Master bedroom also has a 55" TV for your enjoyment.
You can enjoy the tranquility while making your special dishes in the gorgeous chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, antique copper sink, and newer stainless steel appliances (electric stove top, wine refrigerator, refrigerator, oven, microwave and more). When you are ready to eat, there are seating for four at the kitchen counter and for six at the kitchen table or you can wine and dine in the great dining room.
The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. An office desk is available for anyone that may need to work from home or who would like a change of scenery and warmer weather. There are plenty of space for home schooling and/or virtual learning as well. The house is READY for you and your loved ones. A home you will feel like home.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is very safe, family-friendly and welcoming in an HOA community. Our house is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. Our community has a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and private picnic area just one block away. There are plenty of grocery stores and good restaurants close by for you and your family to enjoy. We are located half mile from major shopping malls, ~ 6.5 miles to nearby beaches, only minutes to downtown Bonita Springs, very near Bonita Springs' famous "hole-in-the-wall" authentic Mexican eateries, and we are about 15 miles to Fort Myers Airport (RSW). This location is convenient and the sunset at the beach is spectacular!
AMENITIES: *2-car driveway parking or garage *Internet (WiFi/Ethernet) *Community Swimming pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, and Private picnic areas are open all year round and locate down the street from the house. There is no lifeguard on duty. No pets of any sort are allowed in the property. 4. No parties or large gatherings. Quiet hour is after 10:00 pm. 5. No consumption of alcoholic beverages in or on the grounds of the property by any minor under twenty-one (21) years of age. 6. No commercial trucks
PARKING: Driveway parking is available. You are welcome to use the garage remote control to access the garage for parking. Please only park on driveway or in the garage. Parking on the grass and streets ARE PROHIBITED.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely “Home away from Home”! This house is in a beautiful, quiet community located only 20mins from Bonita beach. We checked-in to find a spotless, beautifully furnished home with a fine touch of wall art decor and accents! The thoughtful touches resembled the quality and standards a 5-star hotel ! Starting from a bottle of wine, slippers for each family member, and bath amenities, to a fully equipped and organized kitchen! Diane is truly a super host. Thank you for a memorable stay, Diane!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My first priority in searching for a vacation rental is cleanliness. This property was immaculate. The sheets and towels were luxurious. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We used the pool and tennis courts and enjoyed them both! The owners have gone to great lengths to provide things to make your stay nicer. Beach towels, beach bag, outdoor toys, a cooler were all provided. The nightlights within the house and the labels for where to find/put things in the closets and kitchen were very helpful. We loved our week here. Thank you!

My husband and I spent a relaxing 3 weeks in this property. The home was super clean and very well stocked with needed supplies, even a rack of spices for enhancing one’s meals. The hostess is very attentive. We loved the location: could walk or bicycle the mile to Old Bonita Springs where we could have breakfast lunch or coffee and even kayak the river. We could drive 5 miles to the beach or swim in the neighborhood pool.
