Craving easy access to the beach AND a calming, relaxing & private tropical oasis away from all the hustle & bustle? Welcome to Waterway Oasis! This gorgeous seaside home features an unbeatable backyard with private saltwater pool (which may be heated at certain times of the year for an additional fee), lush tropical landscaping, screened deck, side deck, putting green, play area, swing chairs and more! The interior of the home is equally charming with its central living room with vaulted ceilings & shiplap walls and spacious chef's kitchen with a 48" gas range, central island & gorgeous tiled backsplash. Each of the home's three bedrooms are located off of the central living room. In addition, each bedroom has access to an outdoor space with a private balcony off of the primary suite and the front porch off of the two guest bedrooms.



Located just across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway, three blocks from the beach and two blocks from the Isle of Palms Rec Center (where you can play pickleball, tennis, basketball, baseball & more), Waterway Oasis is centrally located to take advantage of the many amenities of the Isle of Palms community. The home is also conveniently located to enjoy the Isle of Palms marina, the island's grocery store and nearby restaurants.

Guests access Waterway Oasis through the front door on the front porch. Once you enter the door, you will find the entryway that leads to the central living room with vaulted ceilings & shiplap walls. The primary suite, queen bedroom, guest bedroom, hallway bathroom and kitchen are all located off of the central living room. You may access the front porch via the queen bedroom and guest bedroom, and you may access the private balcony overlooking the pool from the primary suite. The kitchen connects to the screened porch, which leads to the side deck. Follow the exterior staircase from the side deck down to the backyard, pool area & patio, putting green and fenced play area. A stacked washing machine & dryer are located in the primary suite. Please note guests may not access the tiny loft area or use the fireplace within the living room.



Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

We spent such a relaxing family vacation at this lovely home in Isle of palms. Our kids were delighted with the house, screened patio, and the pool. There is an tv on the screened porch where we watched the US open every morning during coffee hour. Everything we needed was provided in the house, from beach towels to cleaning supplies. We love to cook together with our older kids and I brought a few things from home- it turns out there was no need. I found everything from measuring spoons and olive oil to seasonings, a heavy cast iron pan - you name it, it’s in the kitchen. The owners could not have been more accommodating. They had the house ready early on check-in day, and they seem to be very customer-service oriented. We would rent this house again for sure!

A short break for some of the family. We were well informed in advance about the access, parking situation, and amenities. The house is very beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. The furnishings and the pool are inviting.
