Under new ownership, the home has undergone extensive renovations and enhancements, featuring brand-new large flat-screen TVs throughout, all new bedding, interior paint theme updates, refreshed landscaping, and a transformed backyard designed to maximize outdoor enjoyment.
Just a short stroll away, a beach path at the end of the block provides easy access to one of the best stretches of beach on the Isle of Palms. - The pool can be heated(or chilled) for an additional $100/day.($400 minimum for either). Pools are generally not able to be heated Dec - Feb due to lower potential temperatures.
- Guests must supply their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. Our gathering was our annual family vacation and it was a wonderful location to be together to enjoy each other’s company. There was something for everyone there and the accommodations were excellent. The proximity to many sites in the area made this house an ideal choice. Highly recommend 9 24th Avenue to anyone looking for a group get together.

This house was just perfect for our Spring Break getaway with 2 other families (6 adults and 5 children). The elevator was convenient for luggage but not needed beyond that. The pool was slightly dirty on arrival but the management team had it cleaned promptly within 2 hrs of arriving - I was so impressed with the response times! And while cold, the kids loved having the option to swim back at the house. Convenient location close to shops and walk to beach. The rental credit was also fantastic! Will come again!

We had five couples in the house and it was very comfortable. The gathering places in the house were large enough for our group and worked fine.On the negative side, the Wi-Fi was a disaster. It worked at best 50% of the time. We had people come out and attempt to fix it but that didn't work. Cable TV was unreliable.Another issue at this house was that all the outdoor areas and furniture needed to be cleaned. The balconies have not been swept in weeks. All of the outdoor furniture was incredibly dirty. The pool was not cleaned until mid week of our trip.One final challenge was that 2 of the 3 parking places in the garage were almost useless. It was nearly impossible to get out of your car once it was parked in the garage.
