Welcome to Cape Point Retreat by KEES Vacations!
This home will re-open beginning June 24th, 2026 with a new pool, hot tub, and oceanfront location! Buxton experienced erosion in late 2025, subsequently, this home has been moved from its original location to a new location to account for the rising tides. This home is still in great condition with excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean in Buxton.

Step inside to find a custom recreation room equipped with a pool table, wet bar, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine—perfect for keeping snacks and drinks handy. This level also features a King bedroom with deck access and a bunk room with two Pyramid Twin bunks. A shared full bath completes the level.
Walk up to the second level of the home to find four King En Suites. One of the King En Suites has access to a covered deck and handicap features such as a roll-in shower and roll-under sink. There is also a washer and dryer on this level for your use.

Cape Point is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!
Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.
This property has 7 parking spots for guests.

Large kitchen, 2 refrigerators were great to have. Ice maker on 1st floor was great .movie room was great, needs new chairs tho. Pool could use a rail by the steps for safety for older people. Views were great. Blinds on side windows would be helpful as neighbors could see right into the house. But overall, we enjoyed the house.

Beach Access was awesome. Views were amazing. Stand alone Ice maker was not operational and pool was not clean. 4th level living and dining are had windows and the people next door could look directly into that area. I would suggest investing in some blinds for that area
