The home looks over protected Arizona Trust land, Lake Mohave and Spirit Mountain providing endless desert views. Inside you will find a welcoming atmosphere with power reclining sofas and fantastic finishing touches. Luxurious pool. Firepit in the back area. Private exit from the master suite with doors that lead to the patio and pool. Make the most out of the patio with the Trager Smoker, and gas grill. Ample parking for cars, boats and trailers.
For the true adventurers, there is access to amazing off roading sites (Just ask for our favorite trails)! Extremely close proximity to Katherine's Landing and casinos in Laughlin. Come enjoy a true oasis in beautiful Bullhead City.

We absolutely love this home. There’s space galore and it’s so comfortable. But the best part is the pool and the view…it’s the best. Thank you Barbara for sharing your place.

Amazing view during the day and awe-inspiring skies at night. The house is well appointed, the owners were extremely helpful and the location was great. We enjoyed being minutes from town, but our neighborhood was quiet. Check on paying extra to have the pool heated because the pool is wonderful.
