This property is located near the Colorado river within 10 miles driving distance to the Famous Laughlin Casinos, Colorado River, and Lake Mohave.
The space
This home has it all. Granny Suite has private entrance in the courtyard. Perfect spot for privacy with it's own private bath! Beautiful leaded door and side-lite front entry lead to a warm and welcoming great room with casino and mountain views galore. Second guest room with it's own private bath is tucked away off the entry as well. Joined to the great room is a gorgeous kitchen; gas range, double oven, ample pantry and refrigerator. Wander down the main hall to the Owner's suite with a closet that must be seen to be believed and a bath boasting double sinks, walk-in extra large shower, jetted tub and private access to pool area. Finally, step out to the back yard and imagine slipping into the infinity pool with elevated sun deck, gazebo with fire pit and custom painted desert mural creating the ultimate finishing touch. The views and sunsets were great, the home very nice and the Host a joy.Beds were very comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with tools, the pool clean, quiet neighborhood and the washer dryer was so good.... my wife is making me buy a set for us at home! (Thanks a lot Greg!)

We traved for a football tournment in Jan2025.The weather was 50s.The house was clean, had everything you could need. Pool with view was beautiful. Only downside is the boys wanted to swim and the pool never heated up.
