Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Once an old apple store, Buzzards View is now a charming cottage full of character. With lovely countryside views from most of the rooms downstairs and sea views upstairs this property really is the perfect tranquil getaway.

Our fourth time at Buzzard's View, we love the location as it's quiet with great views of sheep, horses and deer in the surrounding fields; a little off the beaten track, but we don't want pubs & shops on the doorstep, yet only a 10 min drive to Brixham or 5 min drive to the Kingswear ferry. The owners are friendly, there if you need them but not intrusive at all. The kitchen maybe small but has everything you need. The large patio and garden face South West and get any sun available from morning to evening and are completely enclosed so the dog can sniff around safely. Take a torch though, as it's pitch black at night!

Beautiful property. Met by the owners who were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and inviting. Property is immaculate and had everything we needed and wanted. A lovely relaxing break. We will certainly return.

This is the 3rd time we've been back to Buzzards View and we never go back to a place we don't like. Perfect location for coastal walking and getting back to nature.
